Quotations and Estimates* We provide clear and transparent written quotations for all landscaping services. These quotations will detail the scope of work, materials used, and associated costs.  *4. Service Delivery* We strive to complete all landscaping projects in a timely and professional manner. We will communicate with you throughout the process to ensure your satisfaction.  *5. Materials and Warranty* We use high-quality materials and plants in our landscaping projects. We offer a warranty on all plants and materials used, subject to proper care and maintenance.  *6. Client Responsibilities* Clients are responsible for providing access to the property and ensuring a safe working environment for our team. Clients are also responsible for following care instructions for plants and features installed by Garden Worx.  *7. Payment and Invoicing* Payment terms will be clearly outlined in the quotation. We accept various forms of payment and require payment to be made in a timely manner upon completion of the project.  *8. Project Changes and Delays* Any changes or delays to the landscaping project must be communicated promptly to Garden Worx. Additional costs may apply for changes made after the initial agreement.  *9. Liability* Garden Worx will take all necessary precautions to prevent damage to property during the landscaping process. However, we are not liable for damage caused by acts of nature or third parties.  *10. Dispute Resolution* In the event of any disputes, we encourage open communication and will work to find an amicable resolution.  *11. Governing Law* These terms of service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  *12. Garden Worx Workmanship Warranty

Effective Date: Date of installation

Garden Worx, warrants the quality of workmanship for all our landscaping services. Every job completed is eligible for a warranty period of 10 years from the date of installation.

We guarantee that all landscaping services provided will be carried out in a professional manner and in accordance with industry standards. Our warranty covers any defects in workmanship that arise due to faulty installation or negligence on the part of the company. The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance by the client. We reserve the right to inspect and assess any claims made under this warranty.

Claim Process: To make a claim under this warranty, the client must notify Garden Worx in writing within 30 days of discovering the alleged defect. The client must provide proof of purchase and allow the us reasonable access to inspect and remedy the issue.
If the defect is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected workmanship free of charge.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover materials or products used in the landscaping project, as these are subject to separate manufacturer warranties, if applicable. Any modifications or alterations made to the landscaping by parties other than Garden Worx will void this warranty. The warranty is transferable and is valid for the property, not the owner. Therefore, you can sell your property and your warranty cover will automatically transfer.

Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Garden Worx be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the landscaping services provided under this warranty.

Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes arising under this warranty shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
